- After a consultation over the phone or a visit consultation on the procedures and methods of the promotion of obtaining certifications, the estimation of the cost of the audit and promotional plans will be suggested.

With respect to the confidential information obtained related to the certification audit of a company that applied for certification, KMR will maintain its confidentiality except in cases in which the certification agency recognizes that there is a legitimate need in carrying out the services. Without written consent from the company that applied for certification, the agency will not use or disclose confidentiality to a third party.
